There are a number of ways in which we can tailor our web maintenance services to your needs. You can choose ongoing, regular updates such as adding SEO content to your site to help maintain your position with the search engines or you can hire bespoke services to ‘fix’ issues that are interfering with optimum performance, and of course, maximum ROI.
If your site isn’t working as it should, you will be losing traffic that can be converted, maximising your investment. Just as you would schedule regular vehicle inspections to make sure your car continues operating smoothly and stays roadworthy, so too should you hire regular website maintenance London services to ensure your site continues operating as it should to grow your bottom line.
24/7 web maintenance, whenever, wherever you need it.
Pay-as-you-go maintenance charges are fixed at our hourly rate of £90. Unlike most web development agencies we only charge per quota (capped every quarter of an hour). So for example if a job takes 15 minutes or less, then the cost would be £22.50; between 15-30 minutes would cost £45; 30-45 minutes = £67.50, and a full hour £90.
More than often they are done the same day although most updates are completed within 48 hours.
Larger more complex updates can take slightly longer but we do offer Guaranteed SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) – this means that what we guaranteed, will be completed by then.
With our fixed monthly costs you are guaranteed to save money with these maintenance plans. These plans are great to ensure you get all aspects of your website taken care of, if this means SEO or SEM this can be brought into the marketing mix.
Some customers don’t want the hassle of updating the website themselves, and to be honest we don’t blame them. Our packages allow you to purchase bulk time based on pre-paid block hours. If you need additional pages, improvements to search engine optimisation, email blasts, additional graphics text changing, image swap overs and links added. If you require these updates, save with our fixed maintenance plans.
Monthly Support Plans and Website Maintenance Costs that you can save!!
One of the most common misconceptions many people have is that website development is a once and forever project. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case and unless you continually monitor and update your site it could cost you dearly. Just as you need to regularly need to maintain your computer, so too do you need to constantly monitor your website in terms of performance. If your site isn’t working as it should, you could lose untold amounts of traffic which equates to a huge loss in revenue. With regular web maintenance you can ensure your site will continue performing well, assuring maximum ROI.
There are a number of reasons why website maintenance could be required but most often you will find that your website’s code has been attacked by malicious hackers or perhaps become obsolete. Also, the search engines often change their algorithms, as evidenced by the frequency with which Google continues to update their search parameters. Unless you continually safeguard the security of your code and/or make changes to your website’s design and content, you could quickly find that you are losing traffic that is paramount to your business’ success.
Bearing in mind that your website’s design is made up of hundreds, if not thousands of lines of code, it is imperative to maintain the integrity of that code. Whether you have a boxed, off-the-shelf content management system such as WordPress, or one that was developed specifically for your website, a few seemingly minor changes or losses in data can significantly interfere with the performance of your site.
It is also good to be constantly aware of how search engines rank your site. One of the most recent updates instituted by Google is being widely referred to as Mobilegeddon. If your website isn’t responsive, changing to be optimally viewed on mobile phones, you will be penalised by the search giant. Your site will no longer be listed in the mobile SERPs (search engine result pages) and you will lose out on traffic that your competitors will gladly take. With regular website maintenance, London businesses as well as those throughout the entire UK or around the globe can be assured that they won’t lose their highly coveted rank to the competition.
When it comes to website maintenance, London has a number of providers that are willing to create and maintain the site. For this reason, it can sometimes be difficult for a business to decide which provider to use. After all, it is important that the website maintenance be performed efficiently and correctly. Therefore, a business looking for someone to provide website maintenance – London or elsewhere in the world – must take care to find someone with proven experience in the field.
By selecting a company with proven experience with website maintenance, London businesses can reap a number of benefits. These benefits include:
When looking into a company to provide website maintenance London companies rarely need someone to remain in-house on a full time basis. Rather, it makes more sense for most businesses to hire a business on a contractual basis. This further helps reduce costs, as the company does not need to pay for benefits or full time wages for an employee. At the same time, by hiring someone outside of the company to provide website maintenance London companies can count on having a fresh and accurate website at all times that will be very pleasing to their customers. This, in turn, increases the likelihood of making a sale, attracting new customers, and maintaining old ones too.
