Our London digital agency’s objective is to be as flexible when it comes to the way our services are charged. Clients can differ and so can their needs. Some prefer a fixed project fees whilst others are more content with retainers leading us to gladly manage what would suit the client best. No interest is charged on late payments so we expect the payments to be arranged on the agreed upon date. Terms are usually net monthly in arrears.

Intellectual property and moral rights

We retain the moral rights in, and ownership of all intellectual property we create unless agreed otherwise, pre-project commencement with the client. In return, we truly respect moral and intellectual copyright vested in our clients’ intellectual property.

Quality assurance

Our quality is always maintained optimally in what we do via continuous review with clients of the objectives, web development, activities, results and cost effectiveness on the project. Moreover, we encourage regular review meetings and present progress reports frequently.

Professional conduct

All of our activities are professionally and truthfully conducted. Great care is taken to be totally purposeful in our judgement and advice impartment so as to keep away from issues and focus on the best and greatest interests of our clients.

Equality and discrimination

Our aim is to always be unbiased and objective in our recommendations and actions and never have we been influenced in our decision making, action taking and advice impartment by issues of gender, race, creed, colour, age or disabilities.
